Itinerary
Day 01
Arrive in Sri Lanka and be taken to Colombo where you can check into the hotel. Stroll through the streets of Colombo and go shopping or try the various foods that this city is known for.
Day 02
Say goodbye to Colombo and head to Sigiriya. On the way, stop by Dambulla first, to visit the Dambulla Cave Temples where murals and statues of Lord Buddha are found in a network of caves. Then stop by Minneriya National Park, known for its great population of Asian elephants. Take a safari through this park to see the stunning sights and meet the animals.
Day 03
Views of the old fort and the surrounding countryside can be seen from the Pidurangala Rock. It can be thought of as an extra or similar ascent to Sigiriya. Savour the thrill of kayaking on Kandalama’s calm waters while surrounded by gorgeous scenery and lush vegetation. Take in a genuine Sri Lankan village excursion.
Day 04
Head to the Knuckles Mountain Range to go trekking the fascinating locale. See the variety of flora and fauna which encompasses it. It is a thrilling hike to take.
Day 05
Bid farewell to Knuckles. Start your journey to Kitulgala. This is the perfect place to try intense water sports. Arrive in Kitulgala and put on your wetsuits to go white water rafting. It will fill you with an everlasting thrill as you make unforgettable memories.
Day 06
Make your way to Negombo, also called ‘Little Rome’. This is a remarkable city which has many churches in various places. See the sights of the setting sun at this west coast beach after visiting the St. Mary’s Church. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the murals of Jesus Christ.
Day 07
Depart Negombo and head to the airport to depart.
